Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility employs high speed, high precision machines. Our technical skills are spread across a wide spectrum of processes, namely, Machining, Heat-treatment, Rubber Moulding and Assembly. Our Design and Development Department manned by experienced engineers is equipped with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools to meet individual customer requirements. In addition, the Design Department is involved in Continuous Improvement Projects aimed at optimizing and fine-tuning our production processes for higher productivity and improved quality.

Our Rubber Department works with a wide range of polymers to meet customer-specific requirements. Our Quality Assurance Department uses the latest Statistical Process Control and Analysis techniques.

Our products are subjected to a battery of stringent quality tests such as Pull-out Strength, Bonding, Flexure, Ozone Resistance, Endurance and Leakage, to name a few. Our products conform to major international standards such as the Tire and Rim Association (TRA) and the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization (ETRTO).
